2. Will these earbuds/Airpods work with both Android and iOS?

Yes! All our Bluetooth audio products, including our earbuds and smartwatches, are designed to be universally compatible with any Bluetooth-enabled device, whether you use an iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, or any other smartphone.

3. Does the smartwatch track fitness and heart rate?

Yes, our smartwatches come equipped with advanced sensors to track daily steps, heart rate, sleep patterns, and various sports modes. You can sync this data directly to your phone via a dedicated app.

4. How long does the battery last on your power banks?

This depends on the capacity ($mAh$) of the model you choose. For example, a 10,000mAh power bank can typically charge a standard smartphone 2 to 3 times, while our 20,000mAh models are great for long trips and multiple devices.

5. Do your chargers support "Fast Charging"?

Many of our products support Power Delivery (PD) and Quick Charge (QC) technologies. To achieve fast charging, ensure you are using a compatible fast-charging cable (also available in our shop) with a device that supports these speeds.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a  30-day money-back guarantee. If the product is defective or you aren't satisfied with the quality, contact us for a hassle-free return or exchange.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes  3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

8. Are the cables "tangle-free"?

Most of our cables are reinforced with braided nylon or high-quality TPE. This not only makes them much more durable than standard plastic cables but also prevents them from knotting up in your bag or pocket.

9. Can I use the smartwatches to take phone calls?

Specific models in our collection feature built-in microphones and speakers for Bluetooth calling. Check the "Specifications" section on the product page to see if your chosen model supports this feature.

10. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we stand by our quality. All our electronic accessories come with a 6-month or          1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
